Default My scx-24.

I think it’s about time to show off my mini axial. I finished the body on it after a bit of work. It’s not perfect and I messed up the paint a little bit. Still looks good and different though.

The chassis is all stock other then some diff oil in the shocks. The rear shocks are connected to the chassis and a good angle instead of the hoops. I am working on a set of wheels but can’t find any tires available anywhere.

Everything has been 3d printed by me. Not everything has been designed by me. More of a click and paste of others designs

Tell me what you think.

If those parts are 3D printed your printer prints a heck of a lot smoother than mine. Did you have to do any post processing to get them to look that smooth?

It’s a resin printer. I cleaned up where the supports were at and that was it. I missed a few spots like in the back of the cab. If you look closely you can see a few numbs sticking out the back. Also the weird waves. The resin printers print at .05mm at the highest all the way down to .02mm. Compared to my fdm where .15 is the finest layering.

The wheel is pretty much right off the printer.

Thanks everyone. Looks like tires are starting to be available again. Going to order some Tcc. Maybe the rock loc. Either one will fit the truck better then the swampers.
