Default Jerky movement Orlandoo 1/35 Jeep

I am having some problems with my newly built Orlandoo Hunter Jeep. The problem is that I get a pulsing movement when applying throttle which makes it really hard to crawl in a controllable way. I have been told that this could be due to incorrect phasing of the driveshafts but I have tried to align them properly but I still get this jerky movement when going in both forward and reverse. If there is no load on the truck (tires in the air) it seems very smooth. Any ideas.

Attached is a video and a picture of my driveshafts. Are they properly aligned and do you think they could cause this issue?

Thanks

I would check the gears first. Then the esc would be my next guess

The axle stubs are not clocked right. Disconnect the driveshafts and spin each axle independently by the driveshaft. You’ll find the binding. At least with the one I had built.

Same issue as what you described just different words.

Disconnect the driveshaft and spin each axle independent of the transmission. Eliminate this possibility. Then spin the transmission independent of the axles. Eliminate this possibility. Then run the motor and transmission with no axles. You could also pinch the transmission output with your fingers to simulate the axles attached.

Without the wheels on it sounds normal

Do not tighten the wheel nuts so tight. Possibly do one wheel at a time to see where it is making contact. There is something causing friction there.

Can you see anywhere external that is rubbing? Remove the axle lockouts and look for rubbing inside.

No sign of rubbing. Strange thing is that when the wheels are spinning with no load everything is smooth but as soon I put it on the ground the pulsing motion comes back. See video

This is probably suggesting that the front set of wheels are not moving at the same rotation as the rear wheels. Are your drive shaft going towards the front and rear from the gearbox turning in unison? Or one is lagging the other?

Will have to check that but I think they are moving in the same speed.
