I know this is a crawler forum, but my buddy ordered an sc28, so of course I had to too. My question is if anybody has changed the tires on them, they are solid and lack traction. Even on carpet it's not great. Ideally I'd like to put something else on them with any more traction, than the stock tires. Just looking for ideas, the wheel is definitely smaller that the scx24, and they just press onto the axle, so I'll probably have to use the stock wheels. From the looks of it, seems the SC28 has the press on wheels like mentioned. You would have to do alot of modification get get some hex style wheels on that rig. I can see no one sells aftermarket wheel besides the stock from TA.
