Default Trx4m springs

I want to change the spring on my TRX4M defender and can't work out which ones are the stronger type, can anyone enlighten me please, I want to do this to try and eliminate the torque twist that the truck suffers from, I also fitted the bearing upgrade kit in the axles and when I put the wheels back on I backed out the nut by a 1/4 turn

I don’t have a Trx4m but maybe the above link will help , the spring rates are in the description.

This is the traxxas chart for trx4m springs. Soft on the left hard on the right. Different color dots are for color coded springs.

thanks for the information, I will be getting a pair of the 0.155 rate springs for the truck and use them in the rear right side and the front left side to try and eliminate the torque twist.

How is it twisting? On inclines or just driving?

just driving it twist to the right when the truck sets off and to the left when it stops, the wheel nuts are not tight, I undid them a 1/4 turn when I put them on

I had the same problem with my Axial AX 24 after I added larger tires and brass knuckles. I changed the shocks and springs , with the stiffer spring on the right rear . I also installed lower gears to push the weight I added and not the body .
I only get the left front tire wanting to lift twist on inclines at just around 55 degrees. It’s nice you can order the springs .

sounds like I have the same problem you did with you Axial AX 24.
I've got the 0.155 rate springs on backorder from model sport in the UK, so hopefully they will eliminate the torque twist

the .155 rate springs arrive this morning and the truck does not torque twist as much as it used to do, I will have to adjust the spring tension a bit more
