Exclamation MN-RCRC.com

As Mike posted before, we have been working on a new website. It's now ready for it's release. Save it to your favorites: www.mn-rcrc.com

A few things about the site:
  • When you register on mn-rcrc.com, use your RCCrawler screen name so we know who you are. You will receive an email confirmation. Follow the link to activate your account. If you have experience any problems, pm either myself or Mike.
  • There is a Member's Bio section. Once you are registered, send us an email to mnrcrc@gmail.com with your pictures and rig specs. Please use the same format as the current ones. We will load it for you.
  • On the Event Dates page you can view all upcoming events. Please register for any events you plan to attend so we can get a head count. You can always unregister at any time.
  • There is a forum page as well. You may recognize it. (and yes, we have Jason's approval)
We will continue to make improvements as we go. This will be our main point of contact in addition to the MN section of rccrawler. Please feel free to post up any suggestions in this thread.

Thanks, and enjoy.

Just found one thing on the site that maybe could be improved. In the rules section, the super class rules have a bold header that says super class rules. The problem is it just kind of transitions into 2.2 rules. Maybe a 2.2 rules header in bold so its easy to see your starting the 2.2 section? Just an idea.

Yeah, the rules didn't copy very well. We tried to correct them a few times but each time it keeps getting messed up. Those are still the 2007 rules. We decided to just leave it cause we're gonna have to change them once the 08 rules come out anyways. Thanks for the input. I'm glad everyone likes the site so far.

Mike deserves a lot of credit for our new site. He setup the domain name and software for it. It's ran off of the server for his turtlecrawler.com. This thing has so many features, he's had to show me how everything works. Without Mike, it wouldn't have happened. I've just been uploading galleries and helping with layout and ideas.

Da Bull is coming along well. It's currently a roller. I just have a few things to finish on it before I can test it out. I'm trying to get it done for the Kansas City comp on March 1st.

WOW more props to Mike for his knowledge and the use of his server and fewer to you you slug. I think you guys know how I feel about how well the MN-RCRC is run

Glad to hear Da Bull is on it's way to it's first big competition. That's the first part of March? Plenty of time to finish and get some drive time in.

Happy to see everyone likes it so far. Like Kevin said on the rules page... I was having issues changing the font size over, I am able to change it one line at a time which is quite time consuming.

Storm I just manually approved your account, did you not get the email? Might have been in a spam folder. Either way you should be good to go now
