Results Great Comp today guys. A lot of new faces in addition to everyone returning makes for big numbers. 23 2.2's and 5 Supers, and not all of our regulars were there(we missed you guys). I want to give a BIG THANK YOU to everyone that helped out. A lot of people stepped up today and helped with scoring/timekeeping etc. We really appreciate it. On to the scores. With more competitiors brings more competition. Look out guys, quite a few newbies had great runs. Better watch your lines.

Get used to it..... You're welcome Stormin, but someday my goal is to be able to post some up with YOU and GREG in them! All I can say is WOW ! This is going to be one tight placing season. There is a serious amount of very good driver's this season. But keep in mind feller's, Etype R has yet to show his all but exquisite taste in setting up ego smashing courses on some of the finest terrain....THE TOP! Does anyone know where Intimidationrc placed? I cannot seem to find him on the standings list? Kev, I think you might have forgot to put him on it THAT1GUY; I already have a chair in the BOX of the truck for you to ride up next time in if you keep this crap up with a RTR!!! GREAT JOB!!!!! Last edited by tjb; 04-14-2008 at 10:42 AM.

I don't know. I didn't get to see either of his runs, but he was the only person to finish both courses. Newbie or not, great job to WITT.

I know the 2nd course kicked my Axial's azz, but I didn't think I was THAT far back. wtf? I really hate the fact you clowns leave with the score sheets and then post it up HOURS later. I did a lot of scoring and Mike only had 2 reverses? Hmmm...we are going to work on this. Lee didn't come...I wish I had video. p.s. Kevin your Dinky link pics were too funny. Chris is a good sport. I had 1 reverse on course 1, because I tried a stupid line that didn't work, you judged that one And on course two, I had to take a reverse on the first gate, and launch my truck through, as it hung up the first time. I couldn't remember if I needed to backup a second time on that course though, like I said I had two or three reverses the entire day. I too though would like to see the scores added up as we run. We should stop between each run and quickly have the judge total up the run, and give the person their score. You guys can still double check them when you get home, and if you find errors then post up the errors when you post the official scores. It would not take that much more time, and I feel everyone would love to know where they are at before they leave. |

Yesterday, I was worried about how long we'd go. But surprisingly we finished quite early with the courses. If you want to try adding the scores as we go, we can certainly do that. After yesterday, I think we should have plenty of time to do that.

Here's some of my pics. Don't worry, no more of my dinky link. Given the cold forecast, we had quite the turnout. And Ryan was very excited to be out there. As a child, I was afraid of the Boogey Man. Yesterday, I was able to meet him. He's actually a nice guy. Here's Troy's budy Joe B. on his first run. He did surprisingly well. 4th place the first time out...wow. I just can't get enough of DirtyAl's paint job. Nice. I think Bo and Luke got ahold of Daisy's wrangler. I hope she comes to the next comp. I'm not sure, but I think this is where Chris burnt up his esc. Jerry Jr brought his Super rig back out. Oh look, Troy found some water to play in...Surprise, Surprise. Hell, I even took a dip. LOOK OUT! Mike's coming down the hill! Ryan experienced his firs bit of carnage with his XJ yesterday too. I'd cry like a little girl too. I think this was a sweet pic. Too much fun guys. I can't wait till Comp 2. Who will get slapped by my dinky link next time...
