| Battle at the border pics & results
Got a couple pics between judging today. It was a fun day. Hard courses and much carnage for me anyway. I have 2 broken CVD's, broken rear drive shaft, bent steering link, and worst of all broken chassis. Anyway heres the pics. |

| Maybe if you would actually show up and drive your rig you would know I think it was gate 7 on course 2 got twisted a little more than I probably shold have. Also broke my cvd and rear driveshaft and bent the hell out of my steering link in the same incident. |

Not sure how you could break on gate 7, I was doing backflips there with no breaking issues....

| I am pretty sure gate 7 had nothing to do with the broken chassis. I think the chassis got broke after he kicked his truck when the drive shaft finally let go. He was attempting the hardest gate on course 2 with three wheel drive. I told him if he had been running a berg he wouldn't have to worry about breaking driveshafts, then he kicked the truck in frustration.

I also thought I may have broke it during the kicking incident but you can tell where it had a little drive time after the break where the upper link connects. So not my foot after all |

Thanks for hosting a GREAT comp... The courses were brutal but a nice challenge. Only 1 broken cv joint on my truck and it was the remaining stock one. |

This is going to be an issue, I can see it already and have been able to see it for a while. May have to consider an intermediate and expert class, or a class with no dig and/or no MOA. This would require better attendance than what we had and would require more people to judge. But, I do feel it would help attract and keep new people to the sport. | |
