help with placement of esc on scx10
 

i just picked up a scx10 and a goat system but when the motor is in place i cant seem to fit the esc om the back of the radio box seen alot of ppl putting it there but mine will not fit so where to mount it now do i wire it up in the rear of the truck any info will help me out thanks guys o and pics will really help ty ty :oops: kinda new to the electronics man this esc seems a bit intimidating lol

I'm not sure how big your esc is but on our rigs that aren't stock we usually ziptie a piece of thin lexon or some other plastic between the frame rails, just behind the front axle on the inclined section. Then use sticky back velcro to hold the esc to that.

I'd have to look to see if we have any pics that show what we do. Let me know if you need me to snap a couple."thumbsup"

I zip tied lexan to the cross member between to shock hoops on the back and mounted it there. I then mounted the battery forward to offset the weight.

i picked this up...
tcs xtrail chassis... but u get the idea..
