That IS where it will be!

Directions for it and all the other gtg's (that's "get togethers" Don) will be posted with the official schedule posting to come!

So a honcho with rc4wd bloggers wouldn't work because there 4 3/4" tall. And my hilux body has been doved in the front and tube work rear so there is no body over half the front or rear tires. And my bumper isn't 5" wide... My body in the front isn't even 5" wide lol

Mine still has the stock frame. The tube work is all bolted on but according to the rules just posted something like this wouldn't qualify because the body doesn't cover at least half of the tires and the bumper is too narrow and the tires are too tall

Correct, our idea behind the trail class is relatively stock trail trucks. Not mod trail. It wouldn't take much to meet guidelines. You could always slap 2.2s on it for shafty

So what class would my wraith qualify as? I'm new to comps and never been to one.

The wraith, as long as it is in width limits would qualify for 2.2 shafty.

We're not going to turn anyone away because there rig isn't within spec's. EVERONE is welcome to come out and play with there toy trucks. With that said, the intention of the "Trail class", is for the average guy with a stock scx-10 based scaler or equivalent can come out and compete and have fun. So please dont let that discourage you from coming out and having fun with a bunch of other guys and there toy trucks.

Sent from my phone using my fingers.

I should have been more clear, I was just trying to answer on the fly. But yes, the trail class has guidelines not hard "rules" per se. Everyone can play toy trucks.

I think just c'mon up to a comp and bring your trucks, we'll find a class for ya. Or just hang out if your not comfy with comping!

And don't worry about class, alot of us have NO CLASS!

Glad to hear about the new trail class. Should bring in new members and be tons of fun.

Will there be trail class events at every comp?

Sorry we missed the meeting but I'm positive none of you wanted the Novo Virus without question the worst flu you've ever had. It's a new strain from Australia.

Looks good so far guys, I love the idea of the trail class it's a great start and I like the rules the "Pimp" threw down. You can't have a fair competition without rules it's just that simple.

The modified trucks that don't meet the trail class rules and the Wraiths could be in a open scale class which could also be fun.

Greg, Brawley and myself are into the MNRCRC competition we don't care what it is just as long as it's run fairly. If this becomes just a one big "Lucy Goosey" bashing class we won't be interested very long.

Shouldnt the duluth scaler event be on the 4th, not the 5th? Since we agreed that Saturdays would work better for duluth events.
