See you next time bro, there will be a few more minis in the mix by then, 1.9 comp is on man. I had a blast today, the wind was whipping but hell it was better than last year's BBQ the competitors in a quarry sized pit comp Thanks for having us out again Dave, good times.

It was great seeing the many RC Crawlers at Hannibal on
Saturday.
Tom has decided that he needs to build a comp area just for
you all in the middle of the action.
He'll have it ready for the June event.
Thanks again!

a BIG THANK YOU to Debbie & Tom (Owners of Hannibal Rocks)

All of us RC guys really appreciate you and Tom's enthusiasm for our hobby. We LOVE Hannibal Rocks and consider ourselves blessed to have access to it.

I spoke to Tom yesterday about setting up for June's events. He suggested I get ahold of you guys a week or so before the event to come down and help push up a couple RC courses in the center isle. Sounds like a great idea to me.

Tom also mentioned you had around 15 courses to set for the RROCK event. If you guys need volunteers for anything just say the word

Hi Debbie, that is a great forum name for you because you do always seem to be smiling..I want to say thanks a lot to you and Tom and your crew for making us RC guys and girls feel like a part of the events you work so hard to put on..We had about twice the turnout we had at the last event and more plan on coming when their area events dont coincide with ours.. Being out of the way did'nt stop people from walking over to where we were and everything went very smooth not worrying so much about the kids walkin in front of a driver of the big trucks..I am happy setting up wherever we are not in the way of the folks who help pay your bills..What ever course your not using ,we can use because the entire place is awesome for us..The courses for rc crawling are endless no matter where you let us set up,so please dont make more work for yourselves worrying about us because I assure you we are happy being anywhere you have to put us..The courses we set up around the pit were so much more technical than last year. Our comp ran like a clock and we still did'nt get done until almost 5:00, and I have never had so much fun at an event..Jay and I cant wait to come back and do it again..He took 2nd and I took 5th out of 21 drivers which made it a good day for our team..You and Tom are great for this rock crawling addiction that we all have and your dedication is very much appreciated by myself and all the RCCRAWLERS..

Thanks so much for another great day

Mark

I just wanted to that Dave, Jeff, Tom, Debbie and all of the Competitors. Those courses were tough, but I liked them. I need to work on weight distribution and dialing in the car.

Thanks Again

Your wife is quite the little photog
I wish my wife had shutter skills like that.

Had a great time on the fourth! I'm really lookin' forward to the custom-diff comp/party on the 18th. Spoke to the wifey about it and we're in. Gonna bring the family and make an adventure out of it!

Wait till you see my 4yr old son crawl, you'll shit

I'm gonna talk to the rest of the crew and see if they want to caravan to the south side.

I'll hit ya w/a PM when it gets closer to the 18th and let ya know the who, when, & why

I dont need to look at the sheets man, they are part of the issue. Your score keeping was quite biased. There were multiple RSRC members who pointed out on more than one gate and ended up in the 20's points wise. That's a problem. The results dont reflect the scores that were announced at the end of the runs either. Some of the drivers came out with less points for the comp than the driver had on one course. Some of your drivers were on the course past the 7 min time out.

This was brought to my attention by RSRC AND StL Crawl Members, I'm just voicing it.

You might want to familiarize yourself with the '09 rules before hosting any more events...
