I agree everyone needs to know what happened & that steps are being taken to ensure it does not happen again, but to stop everything because of one person & ruin the weekend of all the rest that spent time & money to compete is not right. the judge looks like he handled to to the best of his ability being as discreet as possible

Who cares about being discreet, if someone isn't abiding by the rules they are cheating. You don't think what happened ruined it? Marshal or not he should not have been allowed to be scored untill he met specs. I feel like the the judges who scored him knowing he was out of specs failed the other competitors. Bottom line if someone is cheating and you as a judge know about it you have a responsibility to take action to prevent that person from competing.

I agree what happened was wrong & should never have gotten as far as it did. I am just saying under the circumstances the judge did what he thought was all he could do.

the guy's a douche , seems like there has been several things he has done in the past years that he gets away with.
seems he likes to cause trouble & not abide by the rules.
these types of actions are not good for hobby right now & will not help it grow.

when i worked at Shawnee raceway we had a guy that done the same thing, rule braking ,bad driving & just a trouble maker. it got to the point that we were lousing racers because of him, people did not want to race with him or even around him.
finely we had to tell him not to come back for 6 months, banned his ass !! & everyone was a lot happier !!

the bad actions one dose not out weigh the good of all.

if u have one bad apple in the basket , through it out & keep the rest.

His actions show everyone that when you become so big and your ego gets away from you, the end result is his will. Now his integrity is in the garbage and will people forgive him, depends on how humble he becomes.

Rules are meant to be followed and sometimes they can be stretched while staying inside the boundaries. If he'd just stretched the rules through loop holes then leave him alone, but it's clearly broken. Due to his position as a Marshall, he forced his will and won the comp. Marshall's never comp'ed in 1:1...........

Maybe waterboard him to confess.

Wow. Guess Im super late for this but heres what I think. If the guy who bought the USRCCA cant even abide by the rules then piss on him. Let him sit things out for a while and punish him however the powers that be see fit.
