im in Sullivan, bout an hour west of St Louis

STL is probabaly your best best. KC has KCRC, but we'd be 2 or 3 hours for you to come run with us.

There is a group of guys that compete regularly during the summer and fall at Flat Nasty off road park near Jadwin.

John Rob Holmes, my self, and my little brother are in columbia, we have a cupple good places like capen park, flat branch park, and a few other small places.

I'm in Jefferson City, just southeast of Columbia. Was up at Capen this past Sunday for a bit and forgot how nice that place is. Need to get over to Flat Branch.

It's about 45 miles from the Knob to Oak Grove were Matt (Dinky) and I live. The rest of the KCRC crew is spread all over the KC metro area.
