543 miles from Mineapolis. I'll be watching this one to see who's all going. Saturday means it could happen for some of the MN crew. ![]() |

Trying to see if a few of the Michigan guys would want to make a road trip down for this one. Elephant Rocks?????? I miss boulders the size of my house.. |

You can say that again ev0l.. But Elephant Rocks is SO worth it.. These are just a few from a couple years ago. These REALLY don't do this place justice guys. High traction, HUGE boulders, all in all a great place. Fingers crossed this is the spot. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Yes, he was vertical and in the air. ![]() ![]() |

Yeah us Show-Me guys had a comp that weekend as well but we are obviously rescheduling for this. I asked Parker where it was going to be and he said he couldn't tell me yet ![]() Elephant Rocks would no doubt be killer, but it's several hours south of St. Louis and damn near closer to Cape Girardeau which makes me wonder if it will be something closer to the metro area. We have 2 parks with killer trails near St. Louis that would be possible: Cliff Cave Park and Castlewood Park. |

Don't forget about the Bush wildlife area. Lake 35 was a cool comp spot when I was living down there. And I could totally see a G6 type event going on. The natural terrain would lend itself to an event like this. |

For proximity to downtown st.louis, my money is on cliff cave park. But, we shall see I guess.

| ![]() Lake 35 is awesome, but I don't think it is big enough to contain a G6

This sounds awesome, I plan on being there. Thanks for the heads up. ![]() I may have to drop some coin on a new rig or add some beef to the FJ's drive train. Is there a vehicle specs regulations or other rules? Last edited by klabeaume; 03-20-2013 at 04:32 PM. |

| ![]() I think there is just 1.9 and 2.2 classes (plus the Vaterra class thing if they run it). Pretty sure the specs are "look scale and have fun".

Might have to dust my truck off for this. As for a trail... Hughes Mountain, it's between me and Elephant Rocks. Always thought it would be cool to run a event like this there.

| ![]() I just went through the G6 page on Axial's site and yeah, it looks like the only rules are that it must have at least 5 pieces of scale stuff on a truck, have a tow strap (a winch is also heavily suggested but not required), and be Axial based. It doesn't have to be a full Axial truck, but it must use an Axial tranny and axles.
