first Goat Hill event of the 2K14 season
1.9 Scale Trail comp april 19th

scouted out places for the courses yesterday !

Gate open @ 9.30 am - trail/comp run starts @ 10:15/10:30 am

this comp is just for 1.9 scale rigs !
but everyone is welcome to bring your rig out enjoy the Goat Hill trails

will be a long day - so you may want to bring eats/drinks - fire pit will be burning !!

just got back form Goat Hill
courses are set up & ready to rock !!

we need more axial gates !!
if any one has any green axial gates - they would like to donate to the club - bring them with U tomorrow

i set out 30 gates for this event & could have set at least 10 more gates !!

going to be fun - see everyone in the AM

everyone did a great jod,
good turn out for a holiday weekend & good to see some new faces

seems everything went smoothly,
just ran a little long, but with this being our "first scale trail comp",
we now know what to do to make things even go smoother next time

Not 100% sure if I'll make it out tomorrow. I need to clean up my rigs after STL and Utah. They are all big disasters right now!

looks like we need to have a lesson on how to add up score sheets
only 3 people got there score sheets figured out right !!!

will be running both classes this time - 1.9 & 2.2 scale rigs
all-so will be trying something new to help make things move a little faster for event !!
trying not to make the event so long - time wise !

well it looks like it may be a RAIN OUT for this saturday
there calling for rain tomorrow & 70% chance on saturday !!
not good - all though Goat Hill can take a on lot of water,
if its raining saturday - it will be a no go for this event !!

though things change with the weather in this state form day to day,
i will post up late Friday afternoon & let everyone know if its a go or not.

look like the scale comp crawl for tomorrow 6/7 will be,
