That will work perfect for me. I'll ditch work at noon and be ready to go.
It will be a 13 hour shift instead of a 16 hour shift. I will be a tired guy but it will be worth it. I also volunteered to work saturday night and sunday night. Both of my normal nights off. Gonna score 21 hours of OT this weekend.

Having a talk with my boss won't do any good, he knows I'm a greedy overtime hoarder.
I work for Plum Creek at the plywood mill here in Evergreen.
Myself and another guy are the graveyard Lathe crew.
This is what I work on all night.

The view from the operator's chair.

After watching that...you can understand why all the maintenance on the weekends...keeping that thing running right is an electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic nightmare.

Here is some Lone Pine crawling video...a little bit of it is behind Northland.

I'm sure there are others we can round up too. We'll have to get Briggs and Grant next time. Hopefully tomorrow or Monday I'll go check out a couple other spots I have in mind as long as you guys don't mind driving up to the dam in Hungry Horse. I'll get pics anyway and let you decide what you think.

I'm looking forward to the pics, if you don't mind I'd like to show them to the guys on another forum that I visit.

Anyone else is welcome to check it out if you havn't already. Its www.RCCNA.com More of a general rc forum than just rock crawling but there are a bunch of good guys there.

Those are great pics... and thanks for the turnout. Was awesome to have some more guys out on the rocks.
Mark Marty and Jeremy. Nice to meet you guys. Good to have you out on the rocks with us today.

Guys, sorry for some of those gates, they were a li'l brutal, but I'd rather have tougher challenging courses than ones that are too easy. I'm sure we'll get better at course design as we go.
Anyway, I sure had a good time, but I got a request...
I don't wanna go last no more... makes difficult gates even tougher.
Maybe next time we can do one course in order and then reverse it for the 2nd or something like that, any ideas or thoughts?
just to give everyone the same oppurtunity to screw the next guy!

I'm excited to get together again. and I will try to come up with some new ideas of places to go. I have some ideas just a matter of getting time to go check them out.

Where's the scores Mike?

that would be most fair, i think.... i know you got kinda screwed yesterday by starting last on courses that were pretty well torn up....
we'll see what mike and the other guys think.

Yeah that was a little unfair to get stuck last both rounds. I'll study up on the rules a little bit better before next time so I can scorekeep too.
We'll have to draw for positions for sure. That would be a fair way to do it.

Thanks again guys, I had a blast and am looking forward to more of the same.

Next time I'll bring our cameras and get some video and some more still shots.
Poor Mike gets left out of the pictures because he's always on the business end of it.

I can't take full credit for the first course destruction, but I'll claim the second. Sorry bout that.

Reverse order on the second course would create a nice touch
