I prefer a date with no snow, if that helps........

Pretty much any Saturday is good for me with a week's warning.

What are the chances of having rocks with no snow on them by the 16th?

I was by Edgars house ( out west of Helena just past the scale) a week ago today and looked to me like it's pretty well snowed in, with a li'l less up under the trees.
maybe if the weather drastically warms up.
But one of the Helena crew would have a better idea of the conditions down that way.

We were pretty spoiled last year with outdoor comps in January and February. Hell, even had decent weather for a March comp in Butte.
