Looking forward to this, should be a great comp. After we get the courses laid out we could walk them with everyone then split up. One group could run 1,2,3,4 and the other could run 3,4,2,1 and I think we could stay out of each other's way.

For everyone that's been indoors all winter being guaranteed at least 4 courses of drive time should be a good incentive to make the trip.

Might have some new Missoula guys coming for this one. Put a flyer up at the Treasure Chest and Brian is going to spread the word about it.

We might have to split up into 2 groups:shock: Sounds like there might me quite a few coming down from up here"thumbsup"

9 confirmed. So far anyway, still waiting for Darell. Briggs hasn't said if he and Logan are going that I know of.

Myself and Aaron will be at Brad's house at 8am. I called the bozeman crew and all I got was " crickets "

Sucks that the Bozeman guys are MIA. Seems the Butte guys dropped off the face of the earth, too:roll:
Like Jeff E said, we have a pretty good size group coming down from the Flathead"thumbsup"

BTW, that Spokane comp we were talking about yesterday is April 11:mrgreen:

TruckerBrad 03-05-2010 08:11 AM

I emailed Mike in Butte and didn't hear anything back.

FVRCRC has a comp on 4-11, too.

Ya, I saw that. Ben and I have been kicking around the idea of going to an EWRCRC comp for a while and they only go to Spokane a couple times a year.... I guess we'll see what happens once the date gets closer:lol:

What type of time commitment would this be? My dad and I were going to get together and run some rigs up at the 12 mile bridge north of St. Regis that morning but might just head over to this? He is running a wreckluse and I have an RS10 and a pretty stock Honcho.

There are plenty of rocks for you and your dad to run on without getting in the way of the comp (if you don't want to enter the comp... hope that didn't come out wrong:lol:) A few of us will also have our scale trucks, too. As far the comp goes... I'd guess 3 or 4 hours. Hope to see you guys out there"thumbsup"

If we split into two groups to run the four courses I'd say by early afternoon things should be wrapping up on the comp side. That leaves a lot of daylight for those that want to stick around and play.

montana.matt 03-05-2010 05:35 PM

Looks like there will be at least 14, so I'd imagine we'll split into 2 groups...

One more question. Will Marty win everything?

TruckerBrad 03-06-2010 11:11 AM

With Marty, Jim and Bill I'd say there's a real good chance that one of the Mann's will take it.
