Default Newb near MiZooLA

Hey guys. I'm lookin to see if there were any of you located near Missoula that are savvy with Team Associated MGT 4.60 SE and the old Nitro Rustler. I have one of each, but they're not assembled. They were at one time, but for some reason got disassembled. I'd like to rebuild them, so I can sell them for a SCX10. If any of you could point me in the right direction, or may be willin to help, please let me know!

I love in Clinton, and will be headin into ZooLA frequently once spring comes around. I have a Toyota 4Runner that stands out in town, here's a picture of it.

Thanks!

Pyro

Awesome! I got the TA MGT 4.60 SE put back together tonite. I think I just need a wheel nut, and spur(?) gear assembly. I'm not too savvy with the terminology, yet, so I've included a picture. So far, I haven't been able to find the information I need to make sure I get ALL of the parts. I appreciate all of your help in advance!!!

Parts I need go here.

Just a few shots of my rig.

Hope you've been well! Thanks for the linky! I got the MGT put back together, spur gear and slipper assembly ordered. I'll have to make a trip into the city for some nitro. Soon I'll be able to sell these things and come crawlin with y'all. 1:1 & 1:10 on the Trail!

Does anybody know of any fun place to race Nitro Trucks in the Missoula area? I should have my TG MGT 4.60 RTR by this weekend. I'd love to get it on a track or even a big dirt lot! Let me know if you know of anything!

Thanks!

Thanks slobin3d!
I know exactly where you're talkin about, but I'm goin to make sure my truck is top notch before I take that long of a haul. I'm hopin to find some guys in Missoula (anyone east would be better) to learn the ropes from. I live 5 miles east, and 15 miles south of Clinton, so I never get past Missoula, and only go there once every couple of months.

I stopped in at the Treasure Chest yesterday to pick up some fuel, interesting little shop.

Thanks again!
Pyro

Are there any decent rc crawling spots out your way? I live in Missoula and I'm not opposed to driving somewhere to run my crawler.

There are some pretty good natural spots out here, no courses or anything man made. Rock Creek is LOADED with rocks (funny soundin, I know), but you could definitely amuse your self for a few hours.

Well, thanks to slobi3d, I got all of the parts I needed to get the rig runnin today. What a blast! Over 5 years since I've driven the truck, I rallied the road and the snow like nobody's business today!!! My buddy came over, and broke it. The new spur gear has been completely rounded off. The retaining ring for the clutch bell came off, then the clutch bell ate the spur gear. We found the bearing in the snow, but no clip. Looks like I'm back to square one :(

Thanks again for your help, slobin3d! I had a BLAST for about an hour today!
