Alberton fun in the sun ~~ Chassis testing Since I got to run a couple packs through the XR10 over at Helena on Saturday I really wasn't planning on going out to Alberton Sunday. My wife had to go to her sister's which left me with a little over 2 hours to go run my crawler. I'm really impressed with my HomeBrew slant skid chassis. I'm going to cut extra side plates next weekend just to have a couple spares with me. The first pic was a nasty breakover at the top of a climb. I never touched my skid or links coming over. Same with the sequence pics, didn't touch the rocks on that breakover either. The chassis seems to be working great so far. http://inlinethumb42.webshots.com/48...600x600Q85.jpg http://inlinethumb45.webshots.com/45...600x600Q85.jpg http://inlinethumb21.webshots.com/47...600x600Q85.jpg http://inlinethumb44.webshots.com/43...600x600Q85.jpg Poser shot, just cuz the sun was damn near perfect. http://inlinethumb64.webshots.com/13...600x600Q85.jpg |
