Thanks for the welcome but I've been around for a few years, just took a break to start ZooTownPaintball here in Missoula. Just started back into the hobby with a D3 and now a Exo for the winter snow track. Plan on getting another scale truck this winter but was wondering if you guys run other then crawlers. We use to run alot up at Brian's, some in Lolo and hear that everyone is planning the snow track again this winter. |

I have a Exo on layaway as we speak, dont know if I will even get it running this winter, crawlers are my priority, haha. Slowgo has a very fast Slash that he is constantly breaking, and I am not sure about Mhuffman. I have never been to Brians though I am on a first name basis at the hobby shop, I live right across the creek from the track in Lolo, if you ever want to run... Pics from the last trip to Kelly Island. |

You will love the EXO for the performance and the realistic look. That and it would be fun running with another exo against all the SCT next summer.. That close to the creek you most have a nice area to play at with crawlers, I see some summer BBQ's in your future..lol My brother lives right up the road from the track and we use to have a track in his yard. I'm more the scale side but really love all sides to the hobby. I planned on getting a RC4wd TF2 for my first rig but after talking with Brian and finding out abbout the snow track I went with the EXO.. Soon as I get a 5mm 32p pinion I'm ready to run and will be hitting the track for the first run..

Looks like a fun area to play at. Makes me excited to get me a truck to go run with you guys. My EXO should be ready this weekend for it's first run then time to start focusing on a scale truck. |

That place looks pretty awesome. Wish I wasn't working that day. You'll have to give me directions there and I'll go find it sometime. Welcome Tat. I just have the one Bully comp crawler, nothing else. |

Head 93 s of Missoula, got past Lolo and Florance,Kootenai creek is just this side of Stevensville, turn right on Kootenai creek road and stop at the trial head. Easy peasy.

The main screws are the axle adaptors #AXA863 and two wheel nuts. Could steal two off another rig so not to worried about those but working 2 jobs is making it hard to find the screws I need. If I dont get called in tonight I plan to go to HT USA and see what they have instock, then to spend the rest of the evening installing running gear to make sure all works..

Lmk if you need something, I have a spare driveshaft, a colection of sccrews, and a pkg of wheel nuts. I am only working 32 hrs a week now, so I have time if you want me to work on it? I have subsituted 4/40 screws in the past for the M3's in the kit, they work to get you by. |

most hardware stores stock M3 screws in button head, countersunk and cap head, I use ACE mostly they seem to have the largest selection here in Kalispell, nuts too both regular and nylock. and in stainless as well Last edited by JEracing; 12-08-2012 at 08:09 PM. Reason: added info |

I am getting the itch to get out again... I have the 25-27th off work, and the 30-31st off. Could meet at my house for some dry rocks, or anywhere in missoula? LMK. Last edited by lonleycreeper; 12-23-2012 at 11:16 AM. |
