Default RC4WD 6x6 Blackwell Fire Rescue for RCX!

As many of you have seen in other threads RC4WD is going to have a
stong showing at this years RCX show in Pomona CA in March!
I am proud to be one of the lucky few to be called on for one of these great builds!
Like the others I felt like a kid in a candy store picking out whatever I needed from all the great products RC4WD sales!
I wanted to build something completely different than I normally would, so I choose a 6x6 fire truck!

I'm starting out with the awesome new RTR 6x6 from RC4WD "The Beast"

http://store.rc4wd.com/The-Beast-Bla...le_p_1175.html

To many other parts to list! I'll be listing them as they become part of the build!

Here's what arrived today:

They feel pretty sticky! I'm sure not to the degree of a rock lok but as good as a real military tire

That is going to be awesome. I was looking at the lights also thinking of doing something like that with the Defender but opted another direction.

I'll be watching this one.

Dang Mica, I am sooooo jealous .

This is going to be one sweet rig. Can't wait to see it come together.

I would have to say that you will be able to light up the whole forest with that amount of light

Thanks James! So far it has 32 lights and 2 light bars and I still need more. (more amber and some strobes)

So far that's the plan unless I get lucky and stumble across a suitable donor! You need to come over and help blow smoke!

This is going to be frame-off (like March isn't coming fast enough I take an RTR and turn it in to parts)

Sure was a lot of little nuts and bolts holding all those wheels together
