I have been driving the snot out of this truck and I can't get enough! Two speed is FUN! It stays planted because it weighs 18lbs.

So I'm building another 6x6! I think a 8x8 is required soon. . .

I got mirrors for it, bruder has great parts support!

Also running this truck hard killed the 35T so the brushless outrunner monster is back in. Not quite as speedy but more powerfull.

I had some pics to show you but they won't upload on PB, so maybe later!

Thanks for the comments!

Well, the redbull dakar truck was nice, but I really wanted something more military style.

So I built a Tatra Cab 815-7 and a nice new box for it. The cab and box are 8 inches wide, and the tires fit nicely under the body.

I will soon be building another Tatra 815-7 8x8x4.

I think a 6x6 storm is coming with the k2-6 chassie now listed on rc4wd. So I will get ahead with the 8x8, while keeping this one.

I sold all my 4x4s because they just aren't as fun as the larger rigs.

Using the old steel chassie and summit trans/brushless outrunner. The setup is awsome, super powerfull.

Enjoy!

Thats a monster! Theres so much you can do with that body too. There is so much area for accessories. I like it.

What did you make the chassis out of? Im getting ready to start one of these and I was wondering what dimension of steel you got.

Its the same chassis that is on page one. It is made from steel, and brazed together with my oxy-acletlyne(sp?) welder.

Thanks a bunch! Nice first post.

I am in the middle of building a 8x8 of the same Tatra truck, because Tatra is King!

Where are those Foot Hills? That looked like a neat spot near the river!

That would have been in Squaws Leap in Prather. Its about an hours drive up from Fresno. Lots of rocks and of course, a raging river.

That is at Squaws Leap just above prather. Its a great place, but it would be hot in the summer. I would rather go up the four lane and hit the high sierras for some rocks, and escape the heat as well.

Awesome build MAN!

Iīm currently in to rebuilding a Rc4wd Beast with MAN body that I bought used a couple weeks ago and need all input I can get... Cause theres no MANUAL included with it and according to RC4WD there isnīt any available since itīs a RTR from the beginnig. (Compare with Axial RTR theres a manual with part numbers and stuff)
