Love the video you posted of it :) What axles are those? Those axles are just down right hardcore! Excellent work!

6wheelking 09-18-2011 12:24 PM

nice job on the detail and all around stands out from the other trucks on the site

Szczerba 09-18-2011 12:46 PM

Holly geez a Lou! That is a super nice 8x8. Awesome detail work.

Again, what drivetrain is that?

Meatwad 09-18-2011 01:08 PM

Could be wrong but I'm seeing toolmarks on the axles, looks custom. F-in awesome job on the scale drivetrain.

Only thing I could say bad is about the mixture of phillips and hex hardware  and that is seriously nit picking.

Excellent job "thumbsup"

Nice balancing act on that slope. I thought for sure it was going over, but glad it didn't. That is an AWESOME looking rig. It seems to perform well also.

tarmo120 09-18-2011 03:28 PM

Yes, the axles I believe are custom made. But the scale and realism of this truck is F*ing awesome.
Those small ropes, wires and little hooks that hold them...amazing."thumbsup"

Now could you share how did you achieved the movement of the half-axles. Or maybe some drawings?
