Here's a comparison shot between the 1:12 MAN and my 1:10 Lincoln scx10. I also changed over to 6 1.9 flashpoints on black steelies for added grip and more of a military look

Looks great with the Flashpoints! Really gives it that military look.

Thanks for the comparison shot, very helpful!

It fits in well and looks pretty sweet going through the woods in stealth mode

Where are the trail pics?!?!?!?!?

Work bench pics are nice and all, but nothing beats action shots

I'll have to take a few until the video I shot of it makes it's way onto YouTube

Nice job on the rig my man! Been eye balling one up for awhile.

So.....now that you have had out a couple times, what's the verdict, thumbs up or down?

Would you recommend the kit to others who want to venture into multi-axle rigs?

My 100% no bullshit review on it would be that it's an amazing scale vehicle for the price.
Lets start with the pros
It's fairly easy to put together even though the instructions are in Chinese the illustrations make it easy to assemble. The stock motor has plenty of power. It's cms out of the box. Axles and tranny come preassembled. Light kit is included, all the body panels have grooves in them that makes it easier to build and overall driving is very surprising for a narrow axled rig as well as the steering.
Now for the cons
Although assembled the axles and tranny need to be thoroughly greased as they are almost bone dry. Assembling the body is a very time consuming process which patience is virtue since it's a heavy gauge plastic vs styrene and you'll need a couple tubes of superglue to build. The biggest con for those who want to climb everything is the approach angle of the front end. My first run I ripped off the front bumper and popped the small shaft off the rear end altho it was easily popped back in.
Judgement time. Is it worth $700 and a 2-3 week wait from China? In my opinion yes. Despite it saying 1:12 scale it's huge the bed has tons of room the cab tilts for easy access to electronics and it's quality of parts rivals that of rc4wd and makes axial look like a Lego set. Hope that helps

$599 plus another $98 for shipping can't really beat it. I'd put it up against a beast and I think they'd run well together
