The tubular parts, raw from brazing, made with 6mm and 10mm pipes.
The rear tray:

Front pivot:

Transfer case guard:

Mounted on the frame:

And the begining of the rear cab rollbar:

Your design and fab skills are amazing bud, top shelf for sure. I do think scx10 width axles with some slw hubs to make the width would do it more justice. Some centered rear axles would be cool. But either way I'm simply amazed! Very nice

Thanks !

I don't have pics of the following brazing steps but the tubular parts are almost done.
Some pics of the truck as it is today:

Hi everyone !

A small update of the project, here are the new parts i've recently made; front fenders and cab brackets:

Close up to the cab brackets:

I need to add a few holes to mount them on the frame.

And some aesthetic with the steering wheel, fully stainless brazed:

Well raise my rent, you are the kid.

Phenomenal work. Much like. You must make the owners of the 1:1 version aware of this rig when it is done. They just might buy you a beer and ask to drive it. It would make a great display at a 1:1 competition.

Built not bought has never meant so much.

Keep it coming.

Are you building the cab out of styrene or sheet metal?

The body parts are 3D printed.
I received all the elements last week from a French company named Cbo Perf.
Here's a little preview of the raw parts from printing:

Front fenders:

Hood parts:

All the cab parts:

Close up to the floor, the largest part printed (9" wide):

Left door interior:

Front panel interior (with little damage due to the washing temperature):

One of the two seat support (the seats are the Corbeau buckets from the Wraith):

All the parts need some prep before painting (a good sanding to smooth all the visible surfaces) and of course, some adjustments to fit all the pieces together. This is the next step of the build.
Thanks for watching

Wow outstanding work man! how do you keep the work so clean? do you sand blast all the parts after brazing?
Whats the plan on smoothing out the layer marks from the print process?

Thanks !
The brazed parts are sand blasted and the machined ones are brushed with scotch brite pad.
For the 3D parts... thin files, sand paper with different grits and a lot of work...
