Question for the mod's. How can i change the title of my thread.

I changed it in ... WesleyRoy's SCX10 6x6 bullhead build (50s theme/look)

But the old title is stil visable.

First testdrive,and it went great. No problems, no broken things etc. However i find out there is a bit cap between the driveshaft (rear shaft) and the pinion gear. Should i shimm it or leave it like this. It has a gap of 2,5 mm.

While i was waiting for my order of styreen plastics i have been practicing with some MDF wood.



Mounted some rails to get it on the right height and cut screws to right length.






If the styreen or mdf doesnt work or doesnt come out as i want i can also go for a DHL container wich i bought second hand.

Started with the bed out of styrene.

Painted the flatbed gloss black. However it's still a bit to shiny for me. So i think i am going to repaint it mat black. Think i have to go with stiffer rear internal springs (rc4wd scale shocks), rear bed has to hold a Tamiya mini, now and then, once in a while.

Painted it mat black, not a great difference between mat black and semi gloss black.

And added some more scalestuff.

Yesterday i drove the "famous" Belgian Walk The trail with my 6x6 truck and it did very good.

The routes where challenging.

I like how you did your body and bed mounts so the body flips up and the bed dumps. Great idea!

Looking good, been toying with the idea of a 6x6. Going to have to add it to the pile of rigs I want to build. It's either just behind or just ahead of a TF2. I like the blue accent pieces, really adds to the whole.

Thanks, i liked building a 6x6 maybe in the future i Build another one. This one has a vintage theme, because of the logo's and the colors

Made some aluminium side step plates.




Now i still need to find a way to mount them. Glue, screws, scale hardware. I used some sandpaper to make it look like brushed aluminium..

THe side steps didnt work out very well, it didnt stick to all the layers of paint. So ended with repainting the side.

Made some new photos today.

Wow incredible build! I love the retro theme, the tires and the body. Your second bed really took the look over the top. I liked learning from you about setting up the suspension. Great work!
