| Kamaz 6x6 G6 build
Been collecting parts for this for a long while, and about ready to begin at last . This is roughly what I'm aiming for: and what I have so far. The cab is 3d-printed via shapeways (designed by me), and the beadlock rings are also of my own design. Going to use this build as a chance to beat the various printed parts up to make sure that they hold up before selling anything, while also building a (hopefully) great G6/adventure series truck. Wheels may be changing during the course of the build, have a design that I'm working on that's currently in the prototyping stage . Will post up some actual progress soon haha. |

Alright, after a long wait, the frame, skid, tcase/trans and other goodies have arrived, so this is back to being built . I started priming and puttying the body since my last post, but haven't done anything else since then. Over the next few days I'll start up with links and shocks to hopefully make this thing a roller; afterwards I can start to figure out bumpers/body mount, rear bed, etc. |
