Thanks! I was just wandering through the hardware aisle looking to be inspired and this idea popped in my head

You are pretty good at joining lexan together
Thanks! It's not that bad once you get the hang of it. Plus painting lexan on the outside makes it look so much more realistic. Scratches and such. It does get expensive though unless you have old bodies laying around.

I do that as well but have never thought of those rubber pieces for the airbag look. Will have to remember that.

I plan on bringing it with to crawlapalooza so if you're there you can check it out with the supersix.

Thanks boys. It sure is a blast to drive. Only scaler or crawler that I've ever been able to climb an entire flight of stairs with

Moved the front axle back about 3/4". It was about 1/4" too much.

And I took the pro4hd out and put in a 3100kv roc412. Wanted the pro4 for my bomber to get some more top end speed.

Just need to make links and paint the chassis and the rig is ready. The trailer needs some work though.

I finalized the links over the past two nights. I didn't feel like paying for titanium since this is just a fun rig. I had some 5/16" delrin rod. Cut it to length out in set screws and traxxas revo ends and viola

In the process I moved the front axle forward 1/4" and the rear most axle back 3/8". It helps the look and I hope it helps handling when loaded.

The delrin will help you to slide over stuff. Good call.

I got a little work done on the trailer tonight.

Gooseneck for the 5th wheel is fabricated.

Now I need to support it with some gussets.

Mocked up.

The Brodozer looks right at home

and it fits 2 rigs like I planned with one axle up on the gooseneck.

Thanks man I appreciate it!

I made a little more progress on the trailer.

I had to add gusset bars to the goose neck as I'm connecting dissimilar metals and couldn't braze them.

Added some mirrored angle on the sides to create a channel for the wood bed panel.

For connecting to the bed of the #supersix I took some 1/4" al rod and milled out a groove. Then drilled and tapped a hole down the center to attach the "ball" to the bed.
On the hitch party of the goose neck I drilled a small hole to the side that I put a body pin through. The body pin rides in the groove and keeps the trailer from lifting off over bumps. To carry the load I just drilled and tapped a hole in the same tube and screwed in an m3x8 screw that rides on the top of the hitch ball.

I laid down a couple coats of poly on the wood floor to protect it while I finish the trailer up.
