They work much better than the BFG's I was running before

Decided to ditch the heavy roll cage and multiple spares. Was way too top heavy and tippy for my liking. Though I really liked how it looked. Any suggestions on how to hide the battery? Something At least semi-scale.

Found a Lego container for the battery box. Cut the lugs off the top and covered it in diamond plate. Also added exhaust. The top of the box will be getting some shackles and cargo net for random items.

Ran a G6 yesterday in Illinois. 117 trucks were registered. I finished 2 of the 3 sections before the ring and pinion in the middle gear started slipping really bad. Time to rebuild all the axles and make sure they are shimmed correctly

That's pretty cool. Now you need some of the turtles on the truck. Cowabunga, dude!

Some pictures from the G6. Pictures were taken by Tom Knuth, a pro photographer that loves tiny trucks. Truck did amazing until I blew the axle gears.

Hit up another G6 this last weekend. Truck lasted 98% of the day. Last couple gates I had to baby it, lost the inner pinion bearing on the front axle. Ended up taking 2nd for 2.2's. Would have taken first if I could learn when to shutoff the rear steer. As I would go through a gate the rear tires would just clip the gate.

That's what I use. I just need to realize when it needs to be off. Towards the end my buddy that I went with started calling out when I needed to shut it off. That help a lot

Is it difficult to just drive straight with 4 wheel steering.. I guess it will be noticable if one of the two servo's doesnt center perfectly.

Driving straight isn't the problem for me. It's keeping the rear end from kicking out into the gate and when I'm 90% through the gate and positioning for the next having the rear tires turned and clipping the gate.

Latest carnage from my new favorite spot. Ripped a hole in a tire and stripped out two screws out of the transmission. Good thing I have a new aluminum housing on its way.

Decided I needed a trailer. So I had to come up with a hitch that would work without me having to remove it. Trailer ended up a little taller and bigger than I had planned. But oh well. Needs to be painted yet.

Thanks. The TH is now in pieces. The mudslinger 2.2xl's are a huge tire. They work really well on just about everything though. I've beat on them so much I've ripped 2 sidewalls this summer.
