Re: Opti-Beast Prime Hmm i could do that but where to put in? In the cab |
Re: Opti-Beast Prime I have taken a break from anything major or picture worthy. I have been doing lights, wiring, and little odds and ends. Once i pull something together I'll catch everyone up. I did try making a pallet out of styrene last night. Simple enough and i think it looks like a pallet. But why would optimus prime need a pallet? I have an idea for something that i think you'll like, just waiting on materials. :) https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...afbaa87a1c.jpg https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...f59ccf0ee1.jpg https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...f01b5f9cd8.jpg Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk |
Re: Opti-Beast Prime I think I know why prime would need a pallet. If it's what I think it is I can't wait to see how you make em. Sent from my VS995 using Tapatalk |

Re: Opti-Beast Prime Alright Optimus Prime says, get your ars back on track and make me a runner. So back to work for me, Prime is just so demanding. A major piece of the puzzle arrived last night, a flysky gt3c in silver. 3 channels of glory:lmao:. Optibeast is going to need a little more then 3 channels, my current tally is steering, motor, 2-speed shifter, gun turret, talking optimus voice box and eventually a winch. The first think to go was hack it, I'll skip that as it has been done and by better. I will say that I used a usb st programming dongle, and the wire order is different then using the programmer shown in the videos. If someone wants to know I have 3 more gt3c to do, I can provide info on the differences. First step 2 speed transmission. I struggled a little with this, but only a little. In case someone else is planning this. Power on--> select model--> go to reverse --> long press select C and change to CH3-->MO0-->RE1-->PV0 enter. Then go in and set end points. Sorting out the receiver box this weekend and I get some picture along the way. I know how it works, this thread is useless without pictures"thumbsup" |
Re: Opti-Beast Prime Can't wait to see this in person at CRAWLTOBERFEST at Rausch Creek. |
