Ok comp 8 at trendwood park at 132nd & pacific either sat the 15th or sunday the 16th post up what day would work better for everyone we need to get good turn outs of people to show up so whatever day we can get the most people there would work best ..Thank You!!"thumbsup"

After voting for Sat it will now work out better to be on Sunday. I might be able to make either day I will have to wait and see.

Just a simple curiosity question.....

Since most of the comps thus far have been at Trendwood Park, is there somewhere else a comp can be done, like back at the Plex, or possibly another park?

I realize Trendwood has good angles and all, but wouldn't it be nice to mix it up a little more, instead of playing Billy Goat again? ;) :ror:

I don't know of any other locations....but I wish I did so everyone can experience different places. :)

Saturday's work for me! Gota stick to the Sunday/Church/Family concept....

What was wrong with the plex? I really don't mind where we do it at. I just figured the plex has restrooms, parts, drink, and offers more of a chance for others to check it out.

I don't really care where but I haven't comped with all of you at the plex so I like to try it one of these days. "thumbsup"

Rem and I would like to comp at the plex as well. Sat works for us. Suanday's are the church/family/backyard pool/boating day.

you guys have them on weekends i work... if only ya could change your saturdays i would come and bring at least 2 with.

As always, Saturday's make good play day's. If you decide to comp at the Plex, then I think we should go up there and tweak the coarse. We should get permission to add material such as logs, boulders, and maybe even a kitchen sink.

Then let's make a couple work night's to go build up the coarse. With Ger's & Tom's designing minds, I think we could build a pretty awesome coarse from down on the lower section of the retaining wall working up to the upper section along the door side. I would be willing to bring my skid steer up to haul rock if needed once permission is given. It would be important to develop a design on paper to submit to the management then go for it.

At the Plex there's great parking, work benches, and not to mention parts counter to keep Tye in the game. Like the outdoor race guys, I think it would be great to have a signature comp area that might bring others from futher areas to come compete. This might build a large outdoor summer comp area for a Midwest event.

I am guessing my work schedule is going to keep me in KC for the next few weeks but if possible I may try and sneak up for a quick trip.

I will be at this one for sure. Also I would be more than happy to come up during the week to help work at the plex. I get off work a 3:30 so I could be there in no time. I love the plex because the hobby town people are so helpful and into RCs like we are. Just let me know when."thumbsup"
