I have enjoyed attending your clubs comps this year. The only thing I would possibly suggest trying one of these days is to run Free Crawl and run all courses open. It helps speed up the comps (and if you guys continue to grow you will need to do that). We went to Free Crawl all this year and it works pretty well. Are you going to have a comp at the wrap-up event? |

I think a pot luck would be good. I of course have room and a place to crawl in the back yard. I'm still working on getting more "stuff" for the area. (no more sinks) and theres always Wii for the kids. There's also the 4XFEST site that has trees for shade and a crawl spot. Plenty of parking but no bathrooms. I could get tables tho.

Free crawl! It is if you have 3 courses & you have a judge & scorekeeper at each course & everyone just picks what course they want to run & get in line to run that course all three courses run at the same time you just wait in line when your done with your first run you pick another one it works better if you have alot of people!!

We run it at all out comps, even with only a dozen or so competitors it works great. It is just a nice low stress change. Nobody is telling you when you have to run or anything. When your ready you run. Run the courses in any order. Just yell that you need a judge and scorekeeper on course and go. There is a KCRC comp tomorrow, you should come on down and see it first hand |

Josh, I had planned on coming down after SD canceled but I have some family stuff that came up tonight. I'll come down hopefully before you're done down there. Thanks.
