Default Our region's opinion on the Super Title

The rules committee will be voting on the Super class title soon.
Harley0706 is the rep for the Midwest area and there is a poll in the MO section so that he can get out opinion. His vote will be based on this poll.

He has asked to create a thread here pointing you to his poll.

Thanks,

1. Out of these 12 Midwest states there is 1 rules committee rep.?

2. Also was there not 4 judges involved in this case due to the fact your rig was to be tech'ed Before and after every run?

3. If 2 Judges on lets say C#1 said your out of spec.AT BEGINING AND END
and 2 judges on c#2 said your out of spec AT BEGINING AND END

then Dq BUT.........

if Tech was not done and no more then one person after the runs said your out of Spec THEN SHAME ON THE JUDGES.

Just my opinion So Flame on now..........

I have no idea how many "reps" there are in the Midwest. I assume that we were asked to give our opinion to Harley0706 because Nebraska does not have an officially recognized club, therefore no rules committee rep.

Thanks,

The judges called him on it, but being the Marshal, he over ruled them. Because of the abuse of power and cheating done by the marshal and the fact that the second marshal, or course designer, is a team driver for the marshal, and is in a business deal with the marshal, and is friends of the marshal, etc, the rules committee has to step in and make a call.

Not tough to understand, it just seems some want to stand behind the individual in question while others want to stand behind the RULES. Rules were broken....
