I will let Jim do the official thread, but I just wanted to let every body know where it is going to be at. The nearest address to the comp site is 913 29th Street in Sioux City,Ia 51104.
Here is a link to mapquest. The site is just a little south west of the star.
You can park on either 29th or 28th street.
