BTW Rich, what size are the pallets that you are using.
Last night Alex was asking and saying that he hopes they are no more than 4ft.

These are door pallets which measure approx. 36"x80" so if they don't want them I'll just keep them in my shop, no big deal. I wanted to have longer sections not just the short 2x4 panels. I'm trying to have them so we can slide them around and butt them up together for different designs. A friend from Colorado told us about this method and said it works really well so that's why I just stacked boxes to shave weight instead of building the forms out of wood. Hopefully it will turn our ok.

That's great, I'm glad they're going to work out!

I'm really looking forward to the winter series this year!

Looking good Rich!
You should do a test patch of the stucco and see if you can rip it off with your comp rig.

Ok, couldn't wait for the foam guy so I spayed one panel yesterday.

This pallet is about 36"x80" and the highest spot is about 26-30".

Now I can pre-run all the options and be ready for Tuesday Nights. Now it's time for some shaving and contouring then spread some stucco.

Are those dumbells in the back round to keep your "pipes" big and burly?

I'm sorry, who are you? Yes those are dumbbells in the back ground so I can look fit and trim in my shirtless overalls.

After taking a break from my 1:1

I started working on section #2, here's some pictures of the three pallets put together.

I used a knife and a sawzall to start shaping the first pallet so that it smooths out a bit before I spay on the stucco. The foam is really solid surprisingly, I can pretty much sit on it.
