Man what a messy project this has turned out to be and need I mention expensive. I hope to have two panels done before I start moving next weekend. More pictures when I get them done.

Yeah, it's never as easy or as cheap as you think it's going to be. I'll have to look at your pics when I get home tonight. Photobucket is blocked here at work. |

| I'm using a base coat spread over a fiber webbed wrap for strength for the first panel. Thinking about trying another type of finish for the next panel after meeting with Millard Drywall for advice. Panel three got sprayed today and now all three are ready to be coated after I shave them down and form. Panels are approximatively 30x80, the first panel weighs about 125 lbs. easy enough for me to move by myself. Last edited by no2hud; 10-15-2010 at 11:51 PM. |

The panels are built on 30+" x 80" pallets and are movable by one person. The first one is the heaviest because it was my first attempt and hopefully the other two will be just as durable but lighter in weight. Hopefully they'll be completely finished by this week end.
