did anybody think about parking with the music festival going on down there at the park a couple blocks away

What kind of parking situation are we looking at here? From the google earth images it looks rather small.

I think there will be enough parking for our club.

It looks like about 20 spaces not counting handicapped

hey old guy (Jim) all the concert info was in the paper , i thought old guys read the paper HA HA!!!! but it might be i good idea that we changed locations . That park on 14th looks pretty promising for a good comp.

I agree, the downtown park looks like a great place. I just hope we have some decent weather Saturday. Now I have to remember to bring the damn cooler!:roll:

im gonna go over there sometime this week and set up a few courses to see what we can do and cant. ill bring both my rigs 19 and 22

dang, I need to get the servo in my truck from like 2 months ago.....idk, i've been spacing it off.

Who is this being discussed with?

Because I say that we start like at 9 or 10 so we can beat some of the heat of the day. But that is just what I think.

A newspaper? They still make those?

I guess I'm out of the loop.
The only TV I watch is weather in the morning.
And I have no radio on my motorcycle. ;-)

well i went over there today and yea there is id say 2 courses for the 2.2 maybe 3 but they consist of big breakovers and lots of diggin. 1 course for 1.9 maybe 2 and i mean maybe my 1.9 could barely make it up most of the stuff so im not too enthused about it. i think its a great gtg place but its gonna be difficult to have a comp here. there is a long walk and no shade unless you want to go sit maybe twenty yards away from the rocks. figured everyone would like to know.

I guess I'll be really late for this one if I can make it at all... Have scheduled church rehearsal starting at 10...

I"ll still try and make it though...

I must say that I agree with Chris, this does not look like a good place. There is only one small section that 1.9's can crawl and it will be tough for anything other that a MOA with dig, possibly Froboy's Losi. If you roll over it will be difficult to get back over with all the mulch. Here's some pictues.
