It has been asked by a member to change the date with a little more notice.

So here is the question

Do you want to keep the date for saturday?
Or change it?

I will count the votes on Friday morning at 7am. I will then send out an email letting you know what the decision was. At about 7:15. Sorry for any inconvenience.

if we move it i will be out of town on the 8th along a couple others so we would have to move to the middle of oct.

Ok sot he voting is done at 7-4. Now the next question is, is everyone else good with the 15th or Oct.?

If I get no response, I will send the email out on monday morning saying that the 15th is the reschedule date.

And, if we meet at a restaurant or something like that, I think it will be more productive. That way we dont have the temptation to play with the trucks, and then we have more time to sit around and think of things that need to be said.
What do you guys think about that. We could even go crawling afterwards. Or have everyone bring the scalers out and hit up elmwood park or something after the meeting.

Let me know your thought. Thats the only way this thing works.

Im going to need some input here, because when I make the decisions, people arent happy.

So Do you guy like the 15th? Do you want it at a resturaunt? Where would you like to have it. Thanks for the help.

Gosh aint this a freakin kick in the head. There is no way I am going to be able to make it the 15th as right now. Come to find out, we are planning on having estate sale #2 on that weekend.

I dont know what to freakin do. Seriously guys, Im open to suggestions. I cant run this thing by my self.

take deep breath...you cant make everyone happy. shoot for the 29th at the plex... Chad and Heather had said something about a crawl-o-ween again

That would work for us on the 29th. We could do a fun after the meeting.
We should check that the plex is not busy that day.

The Plex should only have normal oval racing in the morning/afternoon and nitro racing in the evening on the 29th. I highly doubt we would be in the way.

The regional off-road race is the weekend before (Oct 21-23).

that should be right around my 2 week mark after my hip replacement... so i am going to come to this , i will need to be out of the house or i will be crazy..er
