Sorry guys i wasnt thinking it will be the week after thanksgiving . I have been really busy and trying to get this going . Im thinking that we will crawl every week but the weeks we have a weekend comp. There is a lot that needs to be done to the crawling area at the plex so we can crawl and I have not had time. Im hoping we can go down there sunday and get it cleaned up some after the meeting.
Thanks smokin joe

Do we need to get ahold of Rich for a list of supplies? Maybe we should V the cracks out before we recoat the panels. Kind of like a real crack in the rock.
Maybe we can get together on the weekend after Thanksgiving to do some repairs?

There should be 1/2 bucket of coating below the table all you would need would be a brush to apply the coating. I do have a roll of mesh fiber for greater strength that could be used plus I have a large roll of landscape felt that works well too. I get the coating from Millard Drywall 4629 South 136th Street, Omaha (402) 895-3733.

I should be able to meet with you guys and start building new panels soon if you'd like. If the club is willing to buy more materials then I can pick up some more pallets and we can glue the foam down and carve then coat. Is that new guy still crawling that works for the spray foam company? That would be great to get him involved.

Just give me a call if you need anything, I haven't been on here much lately.

I passed on this info to Ken too (since he never gets on a computer).
He's going to try and make it too.

This is how the indoor crawling area looks at present. I talked with Tim while picking up my new FXR and came to the conclusion of moving the long steel angle iron table along the wall butting up to the steel beam. Then we could move the wooden tables, I believe we could have up to three 8' tables, to bookend the long section. This would give us kind of a horseshoe area to hold competitions, it would also give a natural area to contain our materials during down time.

Tim also stated that during normal racing schedule he would store two of the pit tables out of the way to free up some walkway space. Another thing we discussed to free up more space would be to throw out any unused sections such as the ones coated with bed liner. I think we could still use the ones that look like fake boulders and just coat them with the texture mix. It was also thought that we could put up signs stating "KEEP OFF COURSE AREA" to prevent further damage plus safety issues. No sure what you all want to do with the concrete ramp, that would need to be discussed.

I will more than likely not be there since my daughter is coming to town and need to spend family time together. I suggest that you just talk to Tim or Alex to confirm any move or additions.
