its time to blow this club up, its been far to quiet in the Neb thread . To be honest i have not felt this good about crawling in a long time , i am really getting into the scale side of it and have a few plans up my sleeve . i hated steeping away the way i did , but my body was broken i was eating 16 or more ibuprofen and what ever pain pills i could get a hold of each day. The back story... i was Christmas shopping in 10 and had fallen in Kmarts parking lot, when i fell i fractured my hip but didn't really know i had done any damage. i walked on the broken hip till sept of that year before i went to a Dr. by that time i had Avascular necrosis of the Femur , it was over 50% dead. they replaced my hip in oct 11 . On to the knee , my left knee had been bad for years. i was getting cortisone injections every 3 or 4 months and i had placed a lot of my weight on a already bad knee and it was replaced in June of this year. My body is at 85% of a normal one but i feel 1000% better and i am ready to become a upstanding member of the NSCA again.
