| Looking for Nebraska Crawlers
Anybody here from the Cornhusker state? I live right between Lincoln and Omaha. Anybody know of any area get-togethers? |

Omaha is the heart of the Rc crawler interest in Nebraska. The hobbytown in Omaha actually has a crawler course.

Its right next to the race track. Last time I was there it was full of weeds though. If you have never been they go for sure biggest hobbytown ever, Hobbyplex. There is not a whole lot of people that are still active in Nebraska. As far as I know Rd400 and thaclodking are the only ones left. They usually travel to our MWRCA comps. We will be holding one in Des moines, IA the 4th of next month. http://www.rccrawler.com/forum/searc...archid=1124215 |

Our course is clear of the weeds. There's been quite a few out there lately. A couple of new guys with the Axials and stuff. |

Would anyone want to try one last get-together before the snow flies? I finally got to hit the course at Hobbytown a little while back. Man that was SWEET! My gremmie handled it really well, better than I ever thought it would. Lost a headlight lens, though (if anyone finds a clear headlight lens out in the Hobbytown rockpile it's mine, and I'd love to have it back.) Make sure to dress warm! |
