I have been searching on Google, but I can't find anything, just forums for B.P.R.C.A., but nothing telling me what it is.

I believe it started as Brian Parkers Rock Crawling Association. Then I think it became Big Pimpin' Rock Crawling Association. Not sure if they have changed it again. If you are looking for a club to join head over to www.reconcrawlers.com. We have 10 comps lined up for the summer series. Lots of great people over there, and they put on some great comps and they are local to you.
