Reno NV crawlers wanted...

Wow this thread is old I been bashing my stocker Wraith for about a month now and I am usually very close to moonrocks. I would be down for a weekly meetup.

wheres the best spot in reno to scale crawl at?

That, despite the "scale crawl" detail, is a very broad question. I think within the Reno city limits any number of spots around the river are worth looking in to. Mayberry Park in west Reno is very fun and pretty quiet. Wing field park has a lot of nice scale terrain but tends to have a ton of foot traffic. And Rock Park on Rock Boulevard in Sparks is a nice mix of the two. There are many people from Reno better versed in Reno driving spots. There is also a ton of spots to drive in canyons all around Reno, most notably Moonrocks. Having to share that space with 1:1 vehicles isn't usually an issue and is a supreme driving experience. I'd definitely hit up CKRC on Wells avenue, drive the in store course, and get directions/locations from them on local driving spots.

I'm in the Reno area if anyone wants to crawl sometime! Also if there are any Scale Ultra4 guys CKRC is hosting the first ever UAR event Saturday at Moonrocks! There will also be a Scale night run! I might head out to Moonrocks tomorrow to do a shake down on my rig before the event!
