turkey run next sat?

Hey y'all with Thursday being Thanksgiving I was thinking itd be fun to do a turkey run sat. Right now the weather looks good. Open for suggestions where to go. Y'all have been hitting up most the spots and know the good ones but would be fun to go somewhere that hasn't been hit as much. Would still like to stay somewhat close tho. Let me know what you guys think. I'm only good for sat tho Sunday is family days in our house. Maybe some of you guys that have some gates and would be up for setting some up I'd be willing to come out early and help.

Re: turkey run next sat?

open, I wouldn't mind gates though

Utah trip got canXed - I have to work Friday.
Bootleg or Crawlage?
And what time y'all thinking?
Just normal class2 1.9 SORCCA gates - Ill bring score cards and we can self judge. If people enjoy it we can talk about doing it more often and organized....

Re: turkey run next sat?

Doublej I'm still fairly new to crawling not even sure what class my rig would fall under or really know much about rules. Jus know a lil bit of the g6 rules. Can you fill me in on some of the rules themselves? I think it would be fun to actually get some sort of like competition goin. I know its hard with everyone that has work and all goin on on the weekends but if we did like a series long season (I guess you can say) and had some sort of points system jus to do for fun or maybe even get some sort of prizes put up. Idk jus thinking out loud.

As far as Saturday I'm open for which ever spot you guys wanna go jus as long as its not to terribly far outta town. And if we have someone that has gates I would be willing to come out early and help set up.

Don't worry about the rules Mate - Everyone reads them and gets discourged but they are super easy once you actually drive them. 5mins driving and you'll have them figured out and another 10min and you'll understand the scale points.
SORRCA is the national rules bases for scalers, some states modify small amounts from here to there, but its honestly easier to just run them as is. Unless your the one adding scores up - You just show up and drive... Smiles all around!

Say crawlage 0930?

Sounds good. Yea that time works for me. At crawlage do you guys jus park out on the street and walk in or is there crawling right from the road? I drove by there once before but didn't remember it. Lol.

Pull off the paved road onto the dirt road and park right beside...

Awesome man, sounds good. The G6 got my interest in cone dodging peaked!
Should have dad's truck fixed up, he busted ANOTHER turnbuckle on the Grave Digger haha. I'll probably bring that trailer I made up, but I won't use it. See you guys out there...
