NVRC Demo Course/TTC-ish

In conjunction with Octane Fest 2016, NVRC will be setting up a demo course in the Fallon Walmart parking lot from 900 until about 230 With 1:1 vehicles on display, information tables, and vendors an hand, we are hoping to make this a memorable kickoff to an annual happening.
Free to use, free to enter, we will also be holding a tough truck challenge on the course. Consisting of a rock course, man made obstacles, mud pit, and some small "speed" sections, prizes will be awarded to 1st and 2nd places of 1.9 and 2.2 classes. Also, a rig versus rig tug of war contest will happen separately from the challenge with a prize awarded to the driver/rig that tops the bracket.
The only requirements/restrictions for rigs are they have to be 1/10 scale rigs in any of the scale/trail formats required for RECON G6, Axialfest, or local comp/trail scene events. Sorry, no monster trucks, pull rigs, or any large scale rigs will be eligible for the contests.
As for bringing other types of RCs to show off, anything goes. We will have display space for anything you'd like to show, we just do not have room to run/fly more than what is allowed in the contest.

Prizes provided by:

Following the Walmart display we will be moving to the Churchill County Fairgrounds to setup near the grandstand during the paid evening events.http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2016...ee40111b7a.jpg
