Guys,
I saw what was happening on GSRCRC and called Ryan to figure out what was happening. He is looking into it, but I did a little digging also and there are no SPECIFIC IP bans........I told him to call the hosting provider and I am going to have him check the cpanel to see if on the back end (server side) that there are no rules or messages explaining what happened/is happening.
All I can think of (at a quick glance/look) is that the host is blocking IP's from a security standpoint and that is causing the issue. It could be coming from the individual ISP blocking traffic to the hosting provider also.......
Again, Ryan is looking at it and trying to figure it out, and I am assisting as much as I can.
We'll let you know as we know.

Yes i am looking into it. Sorry for this hassle and i looked into who or what is blocking the ip. Noone changed any setting to block the ips. And i do not want to be blamed for doing something that i did not do. Nor do i wnt my name brought up in a negative way if i am not the one at fault. If i find that a mod did do something it will be dealt with . i will be removing some mods when im at a pc.

i got on for like a min or so - everything was there but the shout box - and i clicked on one of the posts / threads and got an internal server error -
dont know it it helps to diag the problem - but i tried to expalin what i saw

its 10:12 and i know where it is'nt - it is'nt on my screen - lol - i'm more then shure that the powers to be are on top of it -
