Hey Franken, if you end up going on Monday, that spot where we watched the run on Saturday was pretty fun. We actually ended up driving up to an outcropping NW of the parking lot where we started that Saturday. You can see the road going up a steep hill towards the top of the parking lot (kind of parallel to the optional canyon that went off North of the main canyon we were watching the run in) and there is an outcropping of dark and light rock. It looks like a dead end, but there is a good place to park and turn around right below the outcropping. We never made it down into that canyon with the crawlers, but that also looked like a really good spot. |

Anyone in the area have the castle link I can use to program my BEC? I have a laptop so we could meet somewhere Yes I know how cheap, cant spend 20 bucks :-P Also I am moving to my new place at the end of the month, the backyard is all dirt so I have ordered ton(s) of rock and pee gravel. So if anyone is interested in helping build a crazy rock garden let me know Andrew Last edited by vltchkr; 05-18-2008 at 10:09 AM. |
