MRC 1.9 comp rig Grape Ape Here is my little MRC , this thing is amazingly capable.And its a blast to drive. Here is what I used. MRC axles MRC motor and tranny/ drivelines MRC ESC and Reciever TowardPro servo(180oz/in I think ) 1/8" white Delrin sheet for chassis plates and servo/electronics mounts 1/4" white Delrin rod for supports and links Traxxis rod ends Triangulated lowers and straight uppers Losi Aluminum threaded shocks Eritex Wide 1.9's "thumbsup""thumbsup" ( Great wheels Gerame thanks ) Losi Blue Claws / memory foams 2s 1100 Mah Lipo with deans Tranny flip After I got it all put together I took it all back apart and dyed it in RIT Dye , PURPLE , thats when I had the thought of the "Grape Ape " I loved that cartoon as a kid. Well, finally decided to put the rig up here. Currently running an Axial, in a varying state at any time. Loaded axial axles. DNA slingshot (sprung) or stock chassis (droop) HR Beadlocks, Panthers or Rovers R2D tranny 45 or 55t Integy Skill bought on Ebay 7955TG Steering Tower-Pro Dig Rooster Crawler A driver that craves traction 7-cell 2/3a packs BTA Steering (but I may ditch it soon!) ...and of course the Bug body that loves to get trashed! :shock: http://www.rccrawler.com/forum/attac...1&d=1236651095 PLUS, something new to come!
