Default January 11 comp #1

Ok everyone jan.11 is our first comp.It will be in San Yisidro.everyone will meet at the Lowes parking lot (east side next to walgreens) on paseo del norte and leave at 9:00 and get there at 9:30 to set up courses and do tech. 10:30 drivers meeting.Immediatly after meeting start the comp. $20.00 dollar annual club dues and a $10.00 comp fee per classwil be collected by Pete(cloak). This is going to be an awsome season.just some things to keep in mind.rule #1 is this is all about fun and good sportsmanship.Even though we are competing against each other we are still a team.so if a fellow racer needs a hand help them out. Oh after the comp will be our quarterly club meeting. So If you can please stay and attend.

Won't be in town that weekend so I'll get you my dues next time we meet (or sooner if we get together this weekend?). I always end up missing the San Ysidro comp..... I'll catch the next one there for sure, although it's in the middle of Little League season. As long as I don't get suckered into coaching again, I might make some GTG's.

James, I doubt I will have a Crawler by then, but I am planning to join you. Perhaps you can put me to work or something.

Just getting back into RC sports and crawling has sure as heck caught my fancy. Still deciding on some gear but would love to come out and take a look along with helping in anyway I can.

How long does it usually run? Transpo isn't a problem but wondering about food/drink etc.. Thanks.

Tindjin: Plan on most of the day since we're going out there. Bring plenty of water and lunch. I will probably bring extra water for those that forget, I usually do.

The real question is whether I should take the mini in there or take my Jeep.

Looking forward to seeing all of you. Hopefully I survive my brown belt testing the day before. ;)

Cool will do. I'll be driving my truck so can help bring any anything people need that don't drive something that can make it all the way.

See you then and thanks.

I just checked my parents zip which is in the NE heights, and it says sunny weather. Go to the link then click on the weekend tab.

Metalboots you really shouldnt have any thing to worry about.there are water hazards but im pretty sure someone will be in the water to catch your rig.

Guy I will make sure to bring your dome and the heaters.
