Default October G6² on Sat the 15th

Ok fellas , seems like more than a few of you are needing a G6 FIX.
I know I am , after missing out on Rico , im itchin for a G6in.
This will be tha last camp n crawl this year , as I'm a wimp and its gettin cold out at night.

One question : Do you guys ever want to start keeping score at these ?
"IF" we do start keeping score , it will put the 2.2 tired rigs , AND all Wraiths , in a seperate class. They will still run with everyone else.
" When and If " we start keeping score we will start doing Skills Challenges

Lets go over a few rules for now and later
1: NO " Hand of God" if you roll over ....get pulled or winched back on your wheels , if you cant get back on your own.
2: Must have a scale chassis as LONG as your wheel base.
3: NO comp tires , go look at he banned tire list in the scale comp rules section.
4: Scale looking body , needs to fit your wheel base.
5: ( Not required but recomended ) Get with the spirit of scale and have a few scale items on your rig, after all we are trying to make them look real.
6: Rain or Shine we are running , get water resistant I wont go " Sub Comando " on your azzes , but you may get wet

We are going out today to look at a location for this and future G6's , I'm tired of the Glade

Ohh Boy , we found a good one.
Arachnophobia Trail...........hmmmm
11 miles from Aztec on 173 , going towards Navajo Dam , just before the cattle guard turn left.
Cross the wash and turn left , take the first right , stay left at the next 2 Y's , go to the end of the road through the well location.
Its just a short walk down hill to a crap load of G6 Heaven.
Here is a picture from the bottom , from the top its awesome.

Here is a link to a map , follow the directions , you turn at the 173 on the Hwy.
http://maps.google.com/maps/myplaces...z=360&t=h&z=15

I'm going to get out there about 10 , and start setting up the course. 1 - 150 gate course
Its going to be Fawkin Awesome.
Part of this course will be ran at night , so bring a headlight and/or lights on your rig.

$10 a man , I need to recoupe some of the money I have in the gate markers

But technically wouldn't the hand of god be required to attach the winch to said rolled over truck....Just sayin...

So on a serious note. The Wraith is going to be in a different class from the reg scalers correct? I just don't see it as being fair if there's going to be judging etc. I'm really thinking about pulling the trigger now that everyone's getting into it, but I don't wanna gimp myself with a scx10 when I can have a wraith :P

That sounds like a good candidate to breakage, not sure about the fire though.

Yes mister wanmeister , the Wraiths are going to be in a different class IF we start keeping score.
BUY a 1.9 ....Honcho/Dingo etc...
I editided my first post , see the red part.
It was evident today of their ability over a 1.9 rig.
Its like a super and a 2.2 difference.

If I remember right My wraith got its ass stomped by a 1.9 Dingo so its not quite a sper to a 2.2 Yes the wraith is big and capable but not a gigantic advantage. I do agree with the 2.2 class though!

I dont think the last course showed the wraiths strengths. It was all about turning radius and break over angles that a swb rig will accel at.
